Delete your SharpDaily account

SharpDaily is operated by Noam Yakov. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app or on the website

1. Open SharpDaily and sign in (or go to getsharpdaily.com/app.html).
2. Tap Account.
3. Scroll down to Delete my account and tap it.
4. Type your email to confirm and tap Delete permanently.

By email

Email support@getsharpdaily.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, email address and name, game scores and levels, daily plans, settings, sign-in sessions, the people you invited for family updates, your Family plan seats and any remaining gift time. This happens right away and can't be undone.

What is kept

We keep a minimal record of subscriptions and gift purchases (the email used and its status) for billing, tax and refunds, and our payment partner Paddle.com keeps payment records as the law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — please cancel it first in Account → "Manage, pause or cancel", so you aren't charged again.
